    I’ve been doing this for a while and I use just help to keep my body in shape along with eating good , I wouldn’t expect to get wonys body out of this though you guys 😅

    Girl doesnt have any abs at all.still as gym instructor i approve this steps. But you need to workout more than this for abs

    Lo hare por una semanita (+50 sentadillas, +1min de plancha, +5 flexiones +estiramiento, +4min de trote en el mismo lugar)💗 Dia 1; lo hice dos veces, acabe cansada 😿 Día 2; lo hice 3 veces, la 3ra me costó mucho al inicio Día 3: no puede hacerlo por que no me dio tiempo 😿 Dia 4: lo hice dos veces en el dia 💗
